-8.5 x 11" white card stock
-Pop Its
-Scissors or paper cutter
-Hole Punch & ribbon

 ★ CUTTING TIPS ★

You can use an inexpensive paper cutter from Walmart (or any store) to cut the toppers for a nice clean cutting line. You could also use an Exacto knife and ruler. Scissors will work fine too.  You can also use a circle craft punch.  2.5 inch and 1.5 inch for the circle labels
